Mom’s big family hopes to come home again

Until Hurricane Wilma blew the roof off, Phyllis Rachel’s brood of kids lived in a five-bedroom house in a well-tended neighborhood in Lauderhill. They played in the swimming pool and on a trampoline in the backyard.
