Doctor with unlicensed Hollywood HIV clinic settles lawsuit for $6.7 million

The former medical director of an unlicensed Hollywood HIV clinic agreed to pay $6.7 million to settle a federal lawsuit alleging health-care fraud, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Monday.
