  • Make a serious offer. I don’t believe there is any such thing as the so called “low-ball offer” but be realistic. If you are going to make an offer I will work with you to make sure you have the best deal possible but let’s not get into a throw it agaisnt the wall and see what sticks type of mentality. I will work with you to perform a valid regression analysis to ensure the value and protection needed in a declining market.
  • If you need to see the property make an appointment and I will get you in to see the property at your convenience
  • I know the investor mindset and I have a great deal of experience working with investors. I want to work with some stand up investors who deal straight up. I’ll get you the best deal possible but I am not looking to waste your time and I am not looking to waste mine. In order for me to show you a property we are going to need you to sign a Buyer’s Agreement with my office.

There is no cost to you to work with me as the banks pay all commissions, but I need to make sure that I am protected as there are many unscrupolous investors out there. I only want to work with those who respect my time and desire my representation on these specific purchases. I guarantee to work hard and this Buyer’s Agreement guarantees that I will get paid by the bank if you decide to purchase a bank owned home.
