  • Once we determine what your housing needs and criteria are, I will e-mailing you daily listings and neighborhood updates that meet your stated requirements
  • When you are ready to preview a home or condo, I will confirm availability and make an appointment for us to travel together to preview the home
  • Your hours are my hours. I will make myself and team available to meet with you and assist you based upon your timetable and convenience
  • I will work with you to wholly manage your transaction from contract to closing
  • My team will coordinate, schedule and manage all of your inspections and closing requirements
  • If you need to have a lawyer involved for any reason, we will provide an attorney for contract review and overall transaction guidance
  • If you are not satisfied with my performance, you can fire me at your discretion. I doubt that you’d feel this way but it’s comforting knowing that you maintain control of your homebuying process

So what would this representation cost you? You are probably going to be surprised that if you choose me to be your Fort Lauderdale Buyer’s Agent, that it will be with no out of pocket cost to you whatsoever.

I am compensated by the Seller of the property that you choose to buy. In that regard there’s really no drawback to you in using my team to assist you in your homebuying journey.

To that end, I, as your Fort Lauderdale Buyer’s Agent will go even one big step further to earn your business. If you work with me exclusively as your Fort Lauderdale Buyer’s Agent, I will agree to give you a rebate of 1% of the purchase price of your new Fort Lauderdale real estate home or condo.

For example, if the price of your home is $250,000.00, I will arrange a rebate to you of $2,500.00. If the price of the home is $300,000.00 we’ll get you $3,000.00 cash back at or shortly after closing.
