In this current market, there are many Fort Lauderdale real estate agents who are wondering how they are going to survive. Many have taken second jobs and many others are leaving the business. This is my chosen profession, it is my full-time business and I want to work for you.
Some Fort Lauderdale real estate agents think that they need to convince you to list their home with you. They feel the need to dazzle you with fancy presentations that they will never actually do, then lock you into a horribly one sided agreement.How am I different? I am applying for a job! I am right now, asking you to hire me. I know you have many, many, choices including selling your home yourself. Unlike many agents, I believe that you can indeed sell your home on your own.
We as Fort Lauderdale real estate agents don’t do anything special. Let’s face it, this isn’t brain surgery. The advent of the Internet has made it quite easy for the average homeowner to easily sell their home without the need of a real estate agent. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
