On the inaugural voyage of Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Radio we kicked off South Florida’s only talk radio show specifically about real estate and life in our “Venice of America”. Jim Naugle, Mayor of the City of Fort Lauderdale, speaks about how the City has changed in hisÂ record six termsÂ as mayor. He also speaks about all the city has to offer, and where he thinks Fort Lauderdale is headed. Naugle is the longest serving Mayor in the history of Fort Lauderdale.

Mayor Naugle has seen Fort Lauderdale transform from the Spring Break headquarters of America, to the world class tourist destination that the City has become. As a real estate broker, Mayor Naugle has the unique perspective of being both a politician and having a vested interest in the Fort Lauderdale real estate market.
