The Coral Ridge Yacht Clubhas announced a number of additions to its executive staff. Denis Anderson has been named Executive Chef, Sam Wolstencroft has been brought on as the new Controller and Lee Pires has been appointed the new General Manager.Denis Anderson is a chef with a vast amount of experience in working with private clubs. He is known for developing menus that reflect the tastes of
his clientele. Chef Denis is able to produce top-of-the-line gourmet meals to down-home cooking.
Sam Wolstencroft’s credentials include a Master of Art Degree in Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island with long-term positions as a controller, senior accountant, and firm administrator. Previously, Wolstencroft was with the International Polo Club of Palm Beach.
Lee Pires was most recently on the staff of the Key Biscayne Yacht Club. Pires is a highly respected industry professional who brings extensive resort and marina management, planning and development expertise, along with a wealth of accounting, sales, marketing, and food and beverage experience to his new role.

There are 53 slips accommodating yachts up to 100 ft. in length with 50-200 ampere electric service, water and pump-out facilities at every slip.
