Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Deal Of The Week!
Every week I get emails and calls from our readers and clients about the Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Deal Of The Week. It is amazing how much interest these featured posts are getting. It’s also amazing how quickly people are responding with offers! What bad economy?
We knew, and the DOW has confirmed, that if a home is marketed in the right way and most of all priced correctly, it will most assuredly sell. Anyway..I digress…everyone wants the moon, but it’s my job to try and lasso it for my clients. It’s a real tall order and filling those 3 criteria is what keeps me up at night. How do I find my clients a home close to the beach, with little or no work needed, and be a bargain deal?
It’s an ongoing dilemma but you know what, I think I found one! This is the first time we’ve featured a condo in the Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Deal Of The Week and this property might just be what many of my readers have been looking for. Could this be the holy grail of bargain hunting homebuyers? Well let’s delve into this property and you tell me.
This condo is in one of the best buildings on the beach. The complex is called the Vue Residences. The Vue sits right on A1A and is across the street from the beach. Literally it’s just 100 steps or so till your toes are in the water. The complex also has it’s own private beach club with cabanas and a pool. It’s really sweet.
