Are You Looking For The Best Way To Lose Weight?
While a lot of people up north are digging out their sweaters and winter gear, we’re still on the beach here in South Florida. With the Holidays rapidly approaching some of us wonder how many pounds we may pack on in the next 8 weeks. So in order to stay in proper beach shape, many of us are looking for the best way to lose weight.
Here are some tips that you may want to take a look at…and it doesn’t matter if you are a snowbird heading south for the winter or if you are staying up north, they will help you keep the pound off this Holiday season.
I have a little bit heavy for for quite a while. I’ve come to the realization that the best way to lose weight makes the most sense, and most of us aren’t utilizing it. What is this novel dieting approach? Eating less.
I seem to get hungry late at night. Different people have their major hunger times throughout the day.
Late at night is my time. I often skip breakfast, and wait until 2 or even 3pm, then eat a bite. But come early evening, I’m starving!
But, by that time I’m too tired to cook, or it’s so late, that I just don’t feel like all the prep work for it. So I often end up eating something from a local restaurant.Then, I’m ready for bed shortly thereafter. So the weight just keeps piling on.
There has to be a better dietary regimen. On top of my bad eating behavior, I have an issue with constipation. I’ve been to my doctor, and I have a clean bill of health, no heath issues at all, really. I’m just overweight, and I have a slow digestive system. I know I’m lucky not to have any health related issues.
So what do I need to start doing? I really do not want to stay this way any longer, I cannot get into some of my clothes, and I am not at all satisfied with the way I look. I hold the majority of my weight in my belly, so it is obvious that I’m overweight. Therefore, I have been really trying to find the best way to lose weight for me is, what I want to share it with you.
Beginning at the start of my day, I will blend a fruit smoothie, a banana, some fresh strawberries, with. I like the one that contains a pro-biotic, as it helps me have regular movements.
I put some ice in and some pure apple juice, and I feel full for quite a while. When lunch time comes, I will eat something light. Maybe a salad with maybe some tuna or chicken in it. I really like fish, and there are really good fish burgers that you can prepare in advance, then slice them up and mix them in your salad.
You can prepare chicken in advance too! Just grill ‘em up. I like to marinate them first, for flavor, and eat them for lunch the next day with salad. When dinner time comes around, I’m not starving! So there’s no reason for me to eat unhealthy, nor nearly as much.
I’ll make my favorite veggies, with fish or chicken, preferably with fish. I can’t get enough of fish, I was brought up on it! I like to steam fish over brown rice, they fit well together so nicely, add a bit of fat-free butter on the top, and chow down. Eating earlier is really making a big difference too.
But, is making a big difference is exercising. A leisurely walk with my husband on the beach has been a enjoyable way to begin.
Finding the best way to lose weight has been such a sojourn for me, and now that I have started … walking and eating less, and eating healthier, I really am starting to feel better and see the changes in the mirror.
