Wow…it’s been a long time since the last deal of the week! Why, we’ve been to darn busy! OMG, I had to hire two more people to handl e all of the inquiries. Now that Obama has extended the tax credit for homebuyers, things are going to stay crazy here in the Fort Lauderdale Real Estate market for some time…it’s pretty much a no-brainer buying houses down here right now. Sellers are motivated, banks are motivated and it’s only going to get more crazy as more foreclosures hit the market.

Suffice it to say, if you know what you are doing, and have someone guiding you that knows the market, there are some sick deals out there. However, don’t be foolish and think that every home is a deal. There are some real landmines out there. You need to be very careful.
