Experience The Big Apple in a Big Way
When I travel to Manhattan, I’ve always brought friends and family along, most of whom have never seen The Big Apple. They are always thrilled to see the city, and I’ve always been the tour guide. There are always things to do in New York. I have found that it can be a bit exhausting, and getting parking, making sure that I don’t forget to show them a particular attraction or interesting place can be more of a job than a joy.
I recently heard of a company that seems to fit the bill. CitySights NY has been recommended to me by some friends, and I thought well, let’s give them a shot. I had my sister and her family coming, and of course they want to see the best places. I told them to purchase tickets for this company, and let me know what they thought of it. They arrived on a Friday, and began the adventure on Saturday.
Here is what they had to say about CitySights NY. They loved the top-deck seating, you can’t get a better view, and the buses were double-decker, very cool-looking! The ease of being able to get on and off when the mood strikes was a huge factor, they stopped at the museums of their choice, and relaxed without having to worry about schedules. They also enjoyed a harbor cruise, and had a blast. The night-time view of the city astounded them, and they loved the price. They said next time they were up there they would try the helicopter tour, and visit the Amish Country with the packages that are offered.
They got to see what I wasn’t able to accomplish for them in my limited time available. I’m going try this, myself and friends. What a great getaway for us, we love this city, and don’t have to worry about parking, and are able to really see some sites we never get to see. I’m looking forward to the ride!
