
We have been so busy that we have suspended the Deal of The Week for the last month or so. We’ll be revving it up again soon but we don’t have the time to work with anyone but real buyers right now.
So what’s a real buyer? Well let me tell you how you qualify as a real buyer.
1. You’re looking to buy a home within the next 60 days or so.
2. You have cash or already are approved for a mortgage
3. You’re realistic about what you can afford in regards to where you want to live. (everyone wants to be near the beach…but let’s be real folks)
If you meet these criteria, then in our eyes, you’re a real buyer. You are in the market and you are going to be able to find a great deal on a new home.

Did you know that although sales have steadily declined in the Fort Lauderdale area, that there are actually some great neighborhoods where prices are actually climbing?
I’m not going to give you the cliche that now is a great time to buy, I believe that only you can determine what’s right for you.
However what I can tell you is that if the time is right for you, no oe will do a better job of delivering exactly what you want.
