Well now that the headlines read… LeBron James Signs With Miami Heat and will more than likely become OMG rich, this troll named Leicester Bryce Stovell decides he’s gotta get some of this action.

All I can say is hey Leicester … really? I mean seriously dude, what rock did you crawl out from under? Shaking down Lebron James … c’mon!

Oh it’s true. This wannabee baby daddy is suing LeBron James and his mother Gloria James for something like $4Million bucks. And this dude hasn’t even dropped one 3 pointer. TMZ seemed to have broke the story wide open but it may have been a Huffington Post story that really blew the doors open on this nonsense.

Please, it’s bad enough that the black man gets a bad rap for abandoning their children, but this reverse neglect is totally absurd.

Leicester Bryce Stovell, remember the name, is suing the golden child of basketball, the savior of our Miami Heat and trying to now prove that he’s LeBron’s father and that he is the victim.

He alleges that LeBron and his mom, Gloria James, had some Dr. Evil kind of plan to cover-up the fact that he is LeBron’s daddy.

So in the first say twenty-something years of LeBron’s life you didn’t realize that prior to LeBron signing for millions that ya might be his father? Really?

Over the last 5 years did ya not recognize your pot of gold..err.. I mean son? Give me a break. Check out this newsy video aboutthe whole situation.

Hey Mr. Leicester Bryce Stovell , aka Deadbeat Troll, crawl back into your hole and make sure you don’t come down to South Beach crying that lame lie. I’m sure that not that LeBron James has signed with the Miami Heat that there are a number of people who wouldn’t mind seeing you disappear. And it wouldn’t cost LeBron anywhere near $4 Million duckets.

In fact the allegations that you imply you had “relations” with LeBron’s mom in a Washington, D.C. bar back in 1984 without a condom and basically calling her easy would be cause enough for me to make you sharkbait down here.

But, hey, I’m not LeBron. I’m sure you’ll milk him for a few bucks. That’s how you roll I guess. So het Mr. Leicester Bryce Stovell enjoy the money that you scam from LeBron. I guess that’s the only way you can make a buck.

LeBron James Signs With Miami Heat and instantly Miami becomes the center of the basketball universe. I venture to say that every ticket in the AAA will be sold within 72 hours.

Is Lebron James signing with Miami a big deal? You bet your tuckus!! The local economy will be instantly stimulized and South Beach will be even more clebrity laden than it already is. It’s over, go ahead and engrave the trophy right now! See ya Kobe!

For the next 10 years, Miami will be the team to beat in the NBA because LeBron James signed with Miami. Does anyone doubt that?

Now of course, all of this is predicated upon LeBron actually settling for about $16 Million. If he does then “Katy bar the door!” I’m seeing banner after banner being raised. yes, this is a blog about Fort Lauderdale Real Estate but I loves me some basketball! What’s not to like about basketball in South Florida?

You see…the fall is rapidly approaching and without the Miami Heat signing LeBron James all we have to look forward to is some horrible Miami Dolphin games. No thanks!

Everyone knows that more and more people are tuning into video and in attempt to have you read less, but not having to compromise content and information, we are going to try and provide you with some very compelling video content about the Fort Lauderdale real estate market, Fort Lauderdale Fl homes and information on life here in South Florida.

We are not by any means experienced in video production so this is very much a learning process for us. It’s also a heckuva lot of fun doing new things and this is really interesting.

Today’s video deals with the Florida Foreclosure Process. We get tons of emails and calls from existing and prospective clients about the whole foreclosure machine. Many homeowners don’t have the money to spend on attorneys and as such often obtain really bad information. In fact, many real estate agents aren’t really aware of the mechanics of the foreclosure lawsuit.

Each state may vary in their foreclosure process. Here in Florida we are a judicial foreclosure state meaning the bank must file a lawsuit to be able to take back the property.

While I am not an attorney, I have extensive experience in dealing with foreclosures. It is best that you seek advice from competent legal counsel. If you need assistance, we have attorneys that work on our team that will provide you with additional information and inform you of your options without you having to incur any upfront costs, expenses or fees.
