<p>As I write this it is the holiday season of 2009. In fact it is Christmas Day. While many of us are opening presents and enjoying time with our families, there are some who are not because they are in jail. One such person is a client of mine.</p>
<p>He, who shall remain nameless, decided to extend his party beyond his limits. Down here in South Florida, they take the enforcement of drunk driving very seriously. We get tons of people from all over the world visiting our little piece of paradise. Often their sole objective is to party like there&#8217;s no tomorrow.<span id="more-1285"></span></p>

<p>Unfortunately for some, there won&#8217;t be. There won&#8217;t be because they have fallen prey to a drunk driver. Luckily my client didn&#8217;t kill anybody. He was just a case of a good man making a real bad&#8230;real bad..mistake. Now he will experience the pain in the rear that defending a DUI case brings.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not just the money. It&#8217;s the shame, it&#8217;s the time, it&#8217;s the regret all rolled into one big burden&#8230;oh yeah, there&#8217;s the guilt as well.</p>
<p>I was wondering how our readers would take such an article. We&#8217;re all adults here so I hope I did not step on anyone&#8217;s toes. I am not looking to sound like I&#8217;m talking down to anyone. I am merely trying to save that one person out there who may not be thinking clearly or not strong enough to hand over the keys. That&#8217;s all. No one more than I likes to have fun. I just felt compelled to write this.</p>
<p>So to make sure that you won&#8217;t need a Fort Lauderdale DUI attorney, please don&#8217;t drive drunk. It&#8217;s really not worth it. Have fun, but be responsible. Please!</p>

When I got to the names of the little ones I found the &#8220;<strong><em><a href="http://www.zhuzhupetsx.com" target="_blank">Zhu Zhu Pets</a></em></strong>&#8221; showing up over and over again. Have you seen these things? Probably not! OMG it&#8217;s easier to get Beatles tickets than it is to get a hold of these little fake, furry hamsters.</p>
<p>Every store I went to I found the same to be true. No <strong><em>Zhu Zhu Pets </em></strong>anywhere to be found. Is this a marketing ploy or what? I mean these things are hotter than Beanie Babies ever were. If Walmart doesn&#8217;t have these fake rodents, who does?</p>

I&#8217;m not about to be out done by some guy called Mr. Squiggles! If you don&#8217;t know it appears that he is the ringleader of this band of fun loving hamsters.</p>
<p>Well I did find one place that had <strong><em>Zhu Zhu Pets</em></strong>. If you want one you&#8217;d better not delay. They are already hard enough to find and no way I want to get involved in any crazy e-bay bidding. It&#8217;s bad enough that these things have quadrupled in pric ein the last couple of months. If you want a <strong><em>Zhu Zhu Pets</em></strong> for the kid sin your life, you may want to act today!</p>
<p>I hate sounding like a game show host&#8230;but it&#8217;s the truth. The <strong><em><a href="http://www.zhuzhupetsx.com" target="_blank">Zhu Zhu Pets</a></em></strong> are hot&#8230;like on fire hot!</p>

I know, that sounds like a sales pitch or something you&#8217;d be likely to hear on some national Realtor commercial. (I hate those cheesy commercials) The fact of the matter is this. There are only so many oceanfront complexes in all of South Florida and what we are now seeing is that those who were waiting for the market to stabilize are now seeing unheard of prices for some of the most luxurious condos that you can imagine.<span id="more-1265"></span></p>

<p>One thing you have to be careful of when buying <strong><em><a href="http://www.robinashley.com/2009/11/12/fort-lauderdale-condominiums">Fort Lauderdale condos</a> </em></strong>is the financial condition of the HOA. Some complexes have been hit so bad by foreclosures that many HOA&#8217;s are on life support or worse. Many complexes are not financeable due to liens and the high level of foreclosures.</p>
<p>I can tell you that if you are looking at one of the oceanfront communities on or adjacent to Fort Lauderdale Beach that you will not have this problem. We&#8217;re seeing most of our buyers coming in from out of the area and many are paying cash. The Fort Lauderdale condominium market seems to be somewhat economically resistant. That&#8217;s the luxury beach front complexes for the most part.</p>
<p>Sure, there are some complexes experiencing trouble, but I can show you the financially stable ones and guide you through the maze of disclosures that you will need to obtain this information when you are performing your due diligence.</p>
